SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

All Shipping orders will ship out within 72hrs. from time of purchase (business days). All orders being placed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped within the expected time period. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

We provide tracking information on all orders (via email **Check Spam or Promotion Folders). You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipping confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. The Master Collection will not be liable or assume responsibility for orders that show “DELIVERED” via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other postal carrier.
